HOW DO I CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS FOR MY ORDER?

We take 48-72 hours to process your order. Every single product gets printed exclusively for our customers after the order is received. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our production facility, you will get a confirmation text message as well as an email containing the product tracking information.

 

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

We generally ship the items within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. Estimated delivery time is around 7-10 business days. Estimated Delivery time also depends on the destination to which you want the order to be shipped.

TELL ME YOUR DELIVERY PROCESS?

All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. We send email and text message when we dispatch your consignment and will provide you with a Tracking number. Our courier partners may call you while they are out for delivery to ensure you don't miss receiving your favourite product.

 

CAN I GET FASTER DELIVERY?

We do our best to deliver your favourite products, but there can be exceptions at times. Just contact us before placing your order and we shall suggest quicker delivery options with/ without additional cost depending on your delivery location.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not yet! But exceptions can always be made. Please do contact us and we'll see what we can do.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED/ WRONG ITEM?

We are very careful with the quality standard of our products, however, sometimes items get damaged in the delivery process. If you receive a damaged or an incorrect item, please email us your concern and the product photograph highlighting the defect on connect@tropicaltag.com and our customer care team will guide you further.

 

CAN YOU ACCEPT CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT ORDERS?

Yes! E-mail us your design or share your thoughts with us and we will try to bring them to life on your favourite products with the help of our in-house design team.

 

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT AT TROPICALTAG.COM?

As of now we have temporarily disabled COD (Cash on Delivery) to encourage digital transactions. Our payment gateway partner PAYPAL supports all secure and safe online payment methods like Visa/ Master Credit Card, Debit Card, Net or Internet Banking, Wallets like Paytm & more in India. Whichever online payment method you pick, you can rest assured that Tropical Tag's trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

 

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES ON TROPICALTAG.COM?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Tropical Tag. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. Delivery charges may be extra depending on the shipping policy. Shipping is free for orders above Rs.999. A flat rate of Rs.59 is charged in case the total amount is under Rs.599 and Rs.75 is charged for order value between Rs.600. COD is Rs.50 chargeable. However, we are currently accepting only Prepaid Orders.

 

WHAT IS CASH ON DELIVERY?

This option is currently unavailable. However once active & if you are not comfortable making an online payment on TROPICALTAG.COM, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-O-D) payment method instead. It will be available for most pin codes. With COD you will be able to pay in cash when the order arrives at your door-step. For COD orders a flat rate of Rs.50 will be charged above the shipping cost. COD will not be eligible for orders above Rs. 1999/-

 

HOW DO I PAY USING A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

Your online transaction on TROPICALTAG.COM is 100% secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. We use 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing. All credit card and debit card payments on TROPICALTAG.COM are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

 

WHAT STEPS DOES TROPICALTAG.COM TAKE TO PREVENT CARD FRAUD?

At Tropical Tag we realise the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team. In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.

 

WHAT IS A 3D SECURE PASSWORD?

The 3D secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the Verified by VISA and Mastercard SecureCode services, respectively. The 3D secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.
